By accessing or using getlandy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

getlandy is an AI-powered professional brand studio that helps users define, align, and activate their career positioning. The Service generates CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn content, and other career assets based on user input.

3. AI Output & Disclaimer

Important: The content generated by getlandy is created by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and high quality, AI can make errors ("hallucinations").

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before using it for job applications or publishing it.
• getlandy does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or specific career outcomes.
• The "Visa Signal" features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal immigration advice. Always consult a qualified immigration attorney.
• We make no warranties regarding the uniqueness of the generated content.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

5. Payment & Usage Units

• Services are purchased using "Usage Units" or via Subscription plans.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Usage units purchased are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Subscription cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of getlandy and its licensors. You retain rights to the personal data you input and the final output generated for your personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall getlandy, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service.

Total Liability Cap: Under no circumstances will getlandy's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid getlandy in the last six (6) months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless getlandy and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
